I spoke at Vision Business Expo Chester on 19 October 2026, organised by The Vision Club. My session was “AI for Business: Turn Your Expertise into Visibility and Opportunity”, a short, twenty-minute workshop. This one was in Chester, where I live and work, which made it a bit special.

The problem

I run an agency, I organise events, I mentor businesses through Enterprise Nation, and I have kids. I am still in sales and I still need new clients. So my question was simple: how can I be three or five times more efficient than before, without hiring more people? Thanks to AI, that is now possible.

The best digital asset is you

Anyone can ask ChatGPT for tax advice or twenty post ideas and publish it on LinkedIn. That is why generic AI content is worth very little. What nobody can copy is your expertise, your face on video, your voice. Authority is the key.

Google cares about this too. It shows knowledge panels for people it recognises as experts, and in 2026 it introduced a new way for creators to stand out on Search. You can now connect your social profiles in Search Console. My one regret after 24 years in business is that I did not start my personal website sooner. If you are a consultant or a coach, start yours and put everything you do there.

And I do not care about likes. Most of my clients never like or comment on my posts. They scroll and they see. I do not need a million followers. I need one right view.

Live demo

Halfway through the session I recorded a 20-second video on my phone, uploaded it and told Claude to transcribe it and push it to all my social channels without asking me for approval. Five to seven minutes later it was live, with captions, on every channel and as an article on this website. Then I sent a few photos of the other speakers and asked it to add them with the event details. That became the page about the day.

How it works

It starts with your own knowledge. I collected my articles, my talks from Las Vegas, Miami and San Francisco, my LinkedIn post history and years of ChatGPT conversations, and uploaded them into one AI brain. It understands my tone of voice, my topics and my skills.

That brain is connected to Gmail, Google Drive, Fathom (my meeting recorder), Growth Mentor, YouTube and Loom. Every week it reviews my calls and comes up with content ideas, because every meeting, call and customer interaction can be converted into a piece of content. Then it transcribes, edits, captions, checks for duplicates, cross-links, schedules, and reports daily, weekly and monthly on what performed.

The tools: Claude (on mobile, desktop, Claude in Chrome and Cowork), Wispr Flow for voice to text, Fathom, Loom, Google Drive for large video files, Descript for captions and clips, Blotato for social accounts, and Composio for connections like Google Analytics.

The 3C system

Content, conversation, client. The content you produce starts conversations, conversations turn into clients, and every new client brings new content and new conversations. That is the cycle.

The same system helps with sales. It is connected to my CRM, so I can ask it to pick a few leads to invite to our AI in Ecommerce Day on 13 November and leave the drafts in my mailbox. I go to the gym, and when I come back I review them before anything is sent.

What you can do tomorrow

  • Stop asking ChatGPT to act as an expert. Be the expert.
  • Record and transcribe your client conversations. You do not need to name the client or share their numbers, just the problem they came with.
  • If you run a local business, say window cleaning, ask your team to film a quick before and after, or a short comment from the customer. Drop it into a Google Drive folder and AI can put it on your website and social media.
  • If you are a student looking for a job in marketing or sales, build this system and offer it to three to five local businesses for around £700 each.

If you want to talk through how to set this up for your business, I am happy to do a mentoring call.
