Ecommerce Camp is a project I founded because I saw a gap in the ecommerce community: too many founders were building in isolation, without access to experienced practitioners who had already solved the problems they were facing. Ecommerce Camp was designed to fix that.
What Ecommerce Camp Is
Ecommerce Camp is a UK-based community and education programme for ecommerce entrepreneurs and operators. It brings together founders, agency owners, and industry experts to share real experiences, practical strategies, and honest feedback. The goal is not theory — it is execution-focused learning from people who are actively building and scaling ecommerce businesses.
As both founder and project coordinator, my role is to ensure the programmes deliver real value and that the community keeps growing with people who are serious about building sustainable ecommerce businesses.
Why Community Matters in Ecommerce
Ecommerce can be isolating. Founders often make critical decisions — about platforms, marketing spend, hiring, and growth strategy — without anyone experienced to pressure-test their thinking. Ecommerce Camp creates a space where those conversations happen regularly, with people who have the experience to provide meaningful input.
We host LiveTalks where brands share their real stories — like the Craft Gin Club session about building a cult brand from a single insight, or the conversation about scaling a soap stall into a UK favourite through multi-channel strategy. These are not polished presentations. They are honest, practical conversations about what actually works.
The MageCloud Connection
Ecommerce Camp and MageCloud are deeply connected. The insights we gain from working with over 100 ecommerce businesses at MageCloud directly inform what we teach and discuss at Ecommerce Camp. And the relationships we build through the community often lead to consulting and development partnerships at MageCloud.
In 2026, MageCloud became an official partner of eCommerce Camp UK alongside FERO — further strengthening the connection between our agency work and our community-building efforts.
