Overview
I joined the panel “The CRO Flywheel: How Test & Learn Beats Big-Bet Backlogs” at MeetMagento UK in London, alongside Joseph Russell of JH, Maris Skujins of scandiweb and Hugo Wilson of Conversion. The session was hosted by JH in partnership with Magento.
Our case was straightforward: a steady run of small experiments beats one huge roadmap bet. Skip the six-month rebuild that nobody can test until launch day. Run the smaller test this week, learn from it, and let that shape the next one.

I brought the operator view from more than a decade of running structured testing for ecommerce retailers, including the part that is less comfortable to say on a stage: when testing is worth paying for, and when a store simply does not have the traffic to reach a result you can trust.
