The Demo
A minute into the talk I took out my phone and filmed the room. Then I carried on speaking. Sixteen minutes later I put the published posts on screen — the same clip, captioned, cut for each platform, live on five channels.
I did that because a workflow described is easy to disbelieve. A workflow running in front of you while you listen is harder to argue with.

Why This Talk, on This Day
Nearly every other session at the summit was about measuring AI search — how to see whether you appear in AI answers, and what to do about it. All useful. But measurement assumes you already have something to measure.
Mine was the production talk. Not how to track visibility, but how to actually make enough content, consistently, without a content team.
Every Conversation Can Become Content
The argument I built the talk around is that you are already generating the raw material. Every client call, every audit, every honest answer you give someone who asked for help. Most of it evaporates.
The loop I run is content to conversation, conversation to client, client back to content. A post starts a conversation. The conversation becomes work. The work produces something worth writing about. Then it begins again. Nothing in that loop requires inventing a topic from nothing, which is where most content operations stall.
The Prompts That Do Not Work

“Give me 20 post ideas.” “Act as an expert and write me a LinkedIn post.” Both produce output that reads like everyone else, because you have given the model nothing that belongs to you.
Every customer interaction can be converted into a piece of art. That is the reframe. The model is not there to have ideas for you. It is there to shape material you already own.
What I Was Careful to Say Out Loud
The part I did not skip is where it breaks.
One draft told me I run a team of fifty across five countries. I run forty. Nobody had told it fifty — it filled a gap with something plausible. Another reported a client result as a 66 percent conversion increase. The real figure was 66 percent revenue per visitor; conversion was 35.74. Both would have gone out under my own name had I not checked them against the source.
Production has become cheap. Verification has not. Every draft arrives sounding equally confident, and nothing in the writing tells you which parts are true. The reviewing is the job now, not the making.
