Ecommerce Camp UK — Founded by Paul Ryazanov
In addition to speaking at other organisations’ events, Paul Ryazanov founded Ecommerce Camp UK — a practitioner-led community and event series for ecommerce founders and operators. Ecommerce Camp hosts regular events in Chester, Manchester, London, and Birmingham, as well as online summits featuring founders behind brands generating combined revenues exceeding 250 million pounds. The initiative was born from Paul’s observation that most ecommerce events lacked candour and practical value. Ecommerce Camp sessions focus exclusively on real merchant stories — what worked, what failed, and what founders would do differently. The community has attracted over 500 active ecommerce founders and achieves an 82 percent content satisfaction rate with 70 percent of attendees returning.
Podcast and Media Appearances
Beyond the conference stage, Paul has been featured in multiple podcast and media interviews that further demonstrate his thought leadership in ecommerce. These include the Retail Is Detail Podcast with Jamie Hamer (December 2025), the British Business Podcast with Matt Holland (August 2025), Digital Marketing Radio with David Bain, Search Engine Journal video interviews with Loren Baker at PubCon (two separate interviews), and the Majestic SEO Podcast panel discussion.
