UK SEO Summit 2026 speaker card for Paul Ryazanov, 26 August 2026, Shepperton

I am speaking at the UK SEO Summit on 26 August 2026.

The session is on setting up AI agents to produce content at scale. Not the theory — the actual plumbing. What the workflow looks like end to end, where it breaks, and what still needs a person in the loop.

Why I Am Talking About This

I am talking about it because I run it.

Everything I have published over recent weeks — across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, along with articles on this site — came out of a system I built and tested on myself first. Raw video in, transcription and captions applied automatically, platform-specific copy drafted, then distribution across five channels.

Some of it worked immediately. Some of it produced content I would not put my name on, and I had to work out why.

That second part is the useful bit, and it is the part nobody puts in a conference talk.

The Constraint Nobody Mentions

Most advice about AI content is written by people who have never had to publish under their own name. That is why almost all of it is about volume.

Volume was never the hard part. I can generate more content than I could ever reasonably publish. The bottleneck is whether the output is something I am willing to attach my name to — and that constraint changes every decision in the workflow.

It determines where a human has to sit in the process. It determines which steps can be fully automated and which ones only look automatable until you read the output. And it is the reason my own system has a review gate in a place most people would not put one.

What the Session Will Cover

  • The end-to-end workflow: from raw recording to published post across multiple platforms
  • Where the automation genuinely saves time, and where it quietly produces something that sounds like everyone else
  • How to vary output per platform so that the same audience does not see identical posts
  • The review points that cannot be removed, and why
  • What broke when I tried this, and what I changed as a result

I have written before about the AI agent system we use to grow ecommerce revenue. This session goes further into the content production side specifically.

Help Me Shape the Session

Before I finalise what I cover, I want to know what people actually want answered.

Not “does it work.” The specific thing you have tried and could not get right. The step where your own workflow falls over.

Send it to me, or leave it on the LinkedIn post. The best questions will shape what I cover, and I will credit whoever asked.
